Bit of an exaggeration, but it won’t be lethal. It will however, feel like you just got hit by Mike Tyson in the chest and knock you on your ass potentially breaking ribs and do serious bruising. There is a tremendous amount of ballistic energy to absorb and it has to go somewhere. I.E. There is still a better chance than not the combatant will be out of that particular fight especially with multiple strikes.

Right. It’s actually easier IMO to use gasoline or kerosene and Styrofoam (polystyrene). Just buy some old fashioned peanuts (not the new biodegradable kind) or some styro cups, and start crumbling them into the bucket until it is nice and thick, like dishsoap.
If you want to get really old school, you can use naphthalene and palm oil from the hardware store (hence the name napalm, NAptha and PALM oil.) You can also add fine metal powders if you have them, like aluminum or magnesium, and really boost the burning temp. Palmolive and gas works well for this. Fats and soaps are what you want for gelling. Tide, etc hits the soap side, and styro and palm oil hit the fat side.
Or, you could just vote.

I went to both France and the UK a couple months ago. Outside of the tourist zones Paris looked like northern Africa. London was the same only it was all Muslims. I had never been to Parisy but you could tell it was a beautiful city at one point. The architecture from hundred of years ago is still more amazing than than any of the crap I’ve seen in the dirty world.

Small point: An APC is not a tank. Not only is there no gun turret, but the armor is thinner. It will presumably stop small arms fire, but nothing bigger than that. Also, the pictured APC seems to have a tire, not a tank thread, but it is hard to tell for sure. And yes, APC tires are generally multi-chambered so a bullet or two will puncture the tire but not deflate it.
But this is nitpicking.
For the rest, yes, public uprisings of various types are coming. But be careful whet you pray for, you might get it!
