Couldn’t agree more. My lengthy experience with women in authority positions in the workplace is that job #1 is to obsess over watching everything you do and then explaining why you have done it wrong and which rules you have violated. They don’t do anything productive, they just look over everyone’s shoulder making sure the rules are enforced and that you know who is boss.
This phenomenon is not just in the office but has spread like a cancer on US society. Our nation has become increasingly wound up, judgmental, devious, picky, uptight, and catty with one another. Feminism

You just explained my new boss. She’s nothing but nervous energy; cannot sit still; is always on her phone with her loser bf; doesn’t know anything of what we do or how we do it (of which I asked her point blank and she matter-of-factly said she couldn’t); she made a big to-do of saying if we have any issues to ask her, so when she has an issue with me, she writes me up to HR instead of talking about it with me first.
She’s feeling the pressure now, though. If everything lines up as they seem to be, it’ll just be a matter of time before I break her. It might cost me my job, but I’m 75% out the door anyways.

Had interviews at several tech companies. Usually they do this in “rounds”. It’s like boxing only much faggier. I think that reflects the overall indecisiveness and beta-ness of the industry. There’s no single decision maker and it’s all team-consensus bullshit. Several of the rounds were all-Indian. I had trouble understanding their questions because of their accents and the bizarre BritIndian dialect of English they use too. I didn’t get the jobs. In a few cases I saw some of the remaining whites shaking their heads and looking morose. They wanted to hire me. They knew it was a lost cause too. They knew the next hire would be an Indian. Everybody knew that. These tech jerk-offs started doing this only about 20 years ago and now they’re realizing that they invited a highly tribal, race-conscious gang into their companies (and OUR country) and sealed their own doom. All for the shekels… Traitors.

Oh and on MSFT and Indians specifically. They have a largely undeserved reputation for being smart in the US. This is odd because India is actually a pretty low IQ nation overall (https://www.worlddata.info/iq-by-country.php). Of course the H1B Indians aren’t a randomly selected bunch of Indians but tend to be the smarter ones of course.
A little known open secret though is that even the H1Bs they import to the US actually aren’t, on the whole, all that good at what they do. This is why they dominate the whole lower tier of IT (scripting monkeys, tech support, user account management, network cabling monkeys, desktop support). They also tend to dominate everything to do with Windoze (the MS tie-in) because even today it’s a very hands-on OS. You maintain it by being there at the console and pointing and clicking shit. Linux is basically a command-line thing you can login to from anywhere. Windows also still tends to blow up somewhat more often than Linux creating more work for GUI monkeys. What Indians are is cheap and (it was thought) easy for management to control because their job is basically their visa to stay in the US. What the dumbass greedhead white and (((white))) management types didn’t understand is that Indians, even the smart ones, think in tribal terms. Once they’re even a fairly small fraction of a department they push out everyone else. It’s a sort of “flashover” effect. Eventually even the white managers and their cronies get fucked over and forced out. I’m sure the smarter and more sociopathic of them knew this would happen because they didn’t believe their own poz about how everyone operates the same. Those are the guys who sold their stock options and retired though.
