As a stickler for meaning, I suspect Thomas Sowell has spoken with that degree if not species of Truth speak. Never heard of the other guy. Now view the Dunning-Kruger effect as we move from the high culture and abstract perspective to the animal/street smart concrete perspective. If what you say is true that’s it’s all genetics and not environment (and I am open to that idea) how do you explain how different African immigrants are compared to blacks who grew up in the U.S? African immigrants (other than Somolians?) tend to be civilized. A lot of them that I have met have a gentleness and decency about them. I have heard that they relate more to white people than black Americans. Perhaps higher quality, better educated Africans immigrate to the U.S compared to those who stay in Africa?
My guess is there is something particularly bad about the African-American culture that plays a role in their high rates of crime and violence. One major difference is most African immigrants have traditional families while most black Americans grew up with no father in the house, they just some random baby daddy and that is the root of much of their dysfunction.

Well, first of all, I’d say there’s some behavioral flexibility. It’s just a lot more flexible in more intelligent creatures like Whites.
Secondly, those African immigrants had a gentle MANNER. Judging by the violence of Africa, as well as the way Africans straight from Africa act in Australia, for example, I’d guess that it’s a just a difference in outward bearing while the inner critter is alarmingly similar.

You must remember, the majority of people are not deep thinkers (and their children aren’t either), so a little mental illness/defectiveness + a little (((alien))) persuasion (and/or a promise of some sort of reward…free gibs, praise, fitting in with dominant orc peer group in locale) goes a long way in creating orc-like behaviors in those not orcs (or, apologetic/submissive/accepting behavior towards orc chimp outs by various members of the non-orc group).

Note that the verschlugginer smartfones and TV and social media have loosened the parental influence on children, and leaving the media and peer groups as the almost olny influencers. The red pill CANNOT create vision or understaning in people that do not already have the necessary inherent (genetic) ability to look deeply at things and understand what really is going on. That is why the red pill can be jammed down the throats of that ardent, dye-in-the-wool minority of libtards, and they will not be affected by it. I saw this, decades ago. The house next to ours in LA was being torn apart by unruly teenagers. It took me a while to figure out why I had loose asphalt-shingle tiles on my roof as none seemed to be missing. Neighbor’s kids tore up THEIR (i.e. their landlord’s) roof and threw the tiles onto my roof.
And that was just a small part of the damage.
The mother vanished or went to jail, the kids to foster care. Landlord showed up. I ran into him about a month later, when repairs were just
about done. According to him, and I quote: “I am a conservative now, and coming from me you don’t understand what that means”.
I will not try to interpret, since I did not know him. You figure it out!

This is the average black American’s life today in any place that is white-dominant. No shit they’re angry, and afraid, they’re basically on a different planet when they manage to escape from their city-center containment cells. What’s this? Everything is clean, and neat, and organized, people trust each other, no one feels the need to carry a gun around for safety, everyone is relatively wealthy and can afford luxuries. Families are whole, and the parents love and play with their children rather than ignore them or abandon them.
Could you imagine? Imagine that you’d NEVER have that life, all due to a fluke, the fact that fate cursed you to be born with a different skin color. Even if you personally were smart and driven and tried to make a difference, you’d never be able to pull yourself up from the gutter: the rest of your orc kin would drag you back down, either mooch off of any personal success you had til you were poor again, or kill you for your supposed “superiority” over them.
At this point, black Americans essentially live in a glass cage, and they see all this wonderful white success around them but can never reach for it, lest it shrink away like fruit from Tantalus.
I’m not being racist or white supremacist when I say that I think the best thing for blacks is if we dumped them all off in Africa and took away all means of contacting the civilized world (internet, phone, boats, whatever). They aren’t ready for civilization, and their greed/anger/seething jealousy is only hurting both of our races.

Just an interesting vignette I’d like to share. I’ve enjoyed this site, but the CH comments seem to often thrive on taking the springboard he offers and running with it past the point of reasonableness. Whether you agree with that diagnosis or not, I was watching a very interesting movie, and a woman I had dated three times called, and I answered and quickly segued into the move, asking whether she would let that happen to her?
Is that game? Picking up the phone means you’re interested, but is raising your own topic, (defining it and then – for the first time – using her opinion) something to be avoided. In my case, it was a very nice segue, because I suspect she didn’t care about the details.
