When it was illegal, everywhere, weed was easier for kids to get than booze. The legalization of weed, BY ITSELF, is a good thing, because the government should never have been ceded the authority to make it illegal in the first place. If we were the old USA, the legalization of weed would be no more of a threat than the legalization of tobacco, or alcohol.
