Tell them the truth and don’t withhold the bad stuff about men, e.g. teach them to recognise and avoid the pump and dump guys and the plate spinners.
Tell them the truth about the so called wall and that they really don’t have so much time to find a high quality man and to have children.

Unless a society makes clear that premarital sex is a wicked sin for a girl, and that menfolk make decisions for womenfolk, it is far removed from the ideal of patriarchy. I don’t think any society in the western World (including Russia) meets this standard.
Patriarchy is designed to curb the foolishness inherent in young girls. That foolishness comes to the fore when a girl is in America, where there is no patriarchy, but be no under no illusions, it is not the culture that instills the foolishness, it merely gives it free rein.
