according to a new study, published in the Journal of Personality, you may be able to detect a narcissist by focusing on one particular facial feature — their eyebrows.
Researchers Miranda Giacomin and Nicholas Rule recruited participants to look at the faces of people who were all across the narcissistic spectrum, from a normal level to full blown narcissist — and it turned out they were pretty good at identifying them.
Strangely, when participants were shown pictures of just the eyebrows, they could correctly identify the narcissists too.
They highlighted femininity, grooming, and distinctiveness when they picked out the narcissists, but results showed it was distinctiveness that was key — narcissists tended to have darker, thicker, more distinctive eyebrows.
Eyebrows make our faces more recognisable, and in recent years they have become something of a fashion statement. Narcissists may like to make a statement with their brows so to tantalise potential love interests and make an impression.
As the authors wrote, they might “seek to maintain distinct eyebrows to facilitate others’ ability to notice, recognise, and remember them; thereby increasing their likability and reinforcing their overly positive self-views.”
It could also simply be because eyebrows give away more social messages than we realise. They are important for our facial expressions, but could also reveal subtle, subconscious information too.
I predict what we’ll find out in the coming years as the genetic and biological sciences advance is that physiognomy is real; that there are thousands of these connections between the personality/behavior and the physical appearance which clue us into a person’s character.

Despite everyone taking the piss out of her, its actually a challenge to the men out there to rescue her from what she has become. There is a woman in my parish who had the blue hair and some tattoos on top of her feet and I have watched her in mass over the last two years. She often goes twice a week. She is a good mother and has transformed herself back to a normal woman, letting her hair grow out and the blue to go away with it. She now has shoulder length hair, is feminine and demure again, and the blue is nearly gone. In a year, you will never see her old self at all. I don’t really know her story. She comes to mass alone with her children. I hope I see her husband there regularly too one day. But most of us want to be our happy inner selves and spend a lot of time running from it, chasing false ideas and values. Women are more susceptible to it and need a good loving man who knows himself and can guide her. This is what God wants for all of us.

Carlos, 100% of the not-deployable soldiers are by definition, not deployed. The OCONUS men seem, on average, more fit and squared away than the ones we see driving desks around the DC metro area. Even the women or especially the women soldiers out in the field seem slimmer and better looking than the ones you see around Ft. Belvoir. Not saying that man for man the Russians wouldn’t best ours, just that the slobs and slackers with poor fitness reports don’t get sent where performance counts so you see them stateside, giving you the wrong impression of our fighting men.

I live and work overseas. We have women in the infantry now. The propaganda I saw about that West Point female who graduated at the top of her Ranger school class was all I needed to see. Women have absolutely NO place in the military much less the combat arms. The military these last twenty years succeeded primarily through superior technology. We no longer have that edge. A few notes about the “caravan”.
1) This is a new type of warfare / invasion which is designed to paralyze the defenses of a nation state and prevent it from reacting in an effective and timely manner. .
2) This type of tactic mainly works on nations that have a sizable component of “liberal” mentality and strong ((( tribal ))) presence or influence. Nations such as China are basically immune, as they would beat back the invading “migrants” with brutal force, or open fire with no remorse.
3) Unless a nation is willing to use brutal force, if necessary, then said nation will have its defenses neutralized. Due to the following:
a) Arresting the invaders is not a deterrent as this is what the migrants want, as it gets them across the border into the target nation, builds sympathy for their ((( cause ))), and incurs massive costs to the target nation for housing and upkeep of the invaders. Result: Invaders win.
b) Riot police type tactics will also fail, as the invaders will fight back, causing casualties on both sides. The world media and other structures ( UN, ICC, and other organizations ) will use the “optics ” to condemn the defending nation on the world stage. Additionally, any ((( sympathetic ))) elements within the target nation will most likely join in causing nation wide riots and or protests. Result: Invaders win.
c) Deportation will not work as most countries of origin refuse to take back their citizens, for a plethora of various reasons. Additionally, any invaders caught and deported will probably just try again, until successful. Result: invaders win.
d) The use of deadly force will also cause the defending nation to be ostracized by the ((( world ))) , with the additional effects mentioned in point a,b,c . Although, a very effective solution, it is strongly doubtful and western nation will resort to this. Result: Invaders win.

The thick eyebrows that start with a square shape now are the fashion. Many women have it. I do not know why. Also they draw them more close together which is the oposite of attractive,, it makes the eyes look more close set.
But also there is some women that I feel sorry for when they blindley follow a bad fashion. Some women just do not know what does not look very good. Like the trouser that is loose in the crotch and behind look like you are wearing a pamper. And the athlete shoes with dresses. Highlighting contoring to make your face long. Hair tyed up making face look hard (no loose strands to soften the face),, this is all things if we just use our eyes to see it it looks good or not we can see it does not. I am not a person of many talents but I think so I have got a good eye for beauty and aesthetics. If it is fashion and everyone is doing it or wearing it, but it looks ugly I will not. Does not matter if that makes me look old fashioned I do not mind.
