I hate to be in agreement with CH, but Rose McGowan is a horrible human being. The feminism movement is a good thing as we need a check on male privilege, but the #metoo movement that McGowan spearheaded has disproportionately affected Jews and Jewish Americans.
I strongly suspect that McGowan’s motivations are driven largely by antisemitism.

In particular, Irish women. They’re usually ugly, but those who are lookers keep their looks very well for a long time. A bit like East Asian women.
I suspect it’s an adaptation for a historical tendency to have children later in life, which Irish women are known for. Eastern European women usually have children young, even now, and so there was no selection pressures for women who hit the Wall later as there was in Ireland.
