nutrition matters a lot. asian cultures have always eaten more rice and vegetables but less meat and dairy than european cultures. that’s why they have evolved to still be lean and short while our people are bigger and stronger.
the reason our people are now weaker that they used to be is the push for us to eat soy fruits vegetables and grains but less meat.
if you want to be strong muscular and tall and have healthy strong offspring, you need to eat a lot of meat. that’s the reality of it.
and when you eat properly, there isn’t even any need to workout all the time. cutting all fruits, vegetables and grains out of my diet and eating exclusively meat, eggs, and dairy has changed my life.
no longer a slave to the gym fighting to burn off all the toxic and useless carbohydrates. i’m now leaner but bigger than i’ve ever been and eat as much as i want. no fasting, no cardio. nothing but eating meat and living.

If I were a citizen of Croatia I would be worried after looking at that photo. This is a President (of Croatia) who is not going to be totally objective in looking out for the interests of Croatia in her dealings with Donald Trump–she will be very interested in pleasing him personally. Imagine in one of the Presidents of those countries resembled Miss World. Would men go out of their way to try and please her? (I sure would!!) @CO, OT, what are your thoughts on Ethno/volk Religion? I know “Christianity found its home in Europe”, but all European Civilizations began with basically the same Indo-European gods (not the wiccan hippy stuff). It seems Whites can thrive on many religions, many economic systems, etc. because we’re civilized and cooperative up to a point. Currently the argument is that by saving Christianity you are saving the West. But I would argue the West was the West before Christ. A religion/spirituality should complement ethnicity, culture and political motivation (you see this with Islam). European culture and Christianity clash, until some Pope comes out and says now its okay to fight back. The foundations for Western Civilization were laid in Rome and Greece, a few hundred years before Christianity existed. The West would exist, and be great in one form or another, regardless of Christianity. The West succeeded despite Christianity, not because of it.
When the Greeks held off the Persian mercenary army at Thermopylae in 480 B.C., they were not doing it as good Christians, but as proud Greeks who knew it was best to fight against “the other” to save their way of life. Today, those brave men would be called “nazis”, and “wreak of toxic masculinity”.
How the ancient Greeks thought, and what they were willing to fight for, is more than many modern Christians can even begin to grasp.
As such, Christianity is NOT going to save the West – no matter how many more millions you try to squeeze into the aging pews. The churches have been taken over and weaponized against us, so their is no saving that. No big surprise, as it was a foreign religion to begin with – a Trojan Horse that had many millions of Europeans, over generations, praying to some man in the Middle Fucking East who claimed to be the “Son of God” (talk about hubris!). If it was not for the strong racial pride in the old memory of our souls, Christianity would have cucked Europe 500 years ago, and we’d all be bowing to Mecca. And I don’t want to hear the argument from anyone that goes like this (bullshit): “Well, the Jews really hate Christianity, so it must be good!” Baloney. The Jews hate nationalist, not Christians. They just don’t have any respect for Christians, because they think (in many cases rightly so) that they are gullible and stupid.
But, saying all that turns off (and really pisses off) many White nationalists…so the Jews win yet again by pitting us against each other over, of all things, Christianity. If you accept Christianity, they win. If you fight with each other over it, they win. Only when we reject it in toto, replacing it with a suitable racial-based religious doctrine (instead of being atheist-nihilists) as Hitler wanted to eventually do, will the West begin to find the strength to fight back. We simply MUST return to our racial roots and reject all that is part of “the other”.

@wolfie, you can see that our arguments align, but Spirituality has played a large role in White history for good and bad (ex. faith to persevere in war). Again we as a whole are not a Nihilistic people. Civilization is culture, faith, political motivation/tribalism interconnected, not secular. Anything that doesn’t align creates problems like modern Christianity. I don’t believe we should be so harsh to Christianity, rather as nationalism rises a shift toward a Volk-Religion makes sense. I want to know what the draw backs are? (other than political opposition)

As you can see by the candidates, the position of president has little political power here in Croatia (i. e. nobody gives a shit). Since the role of the president is to travel around a bit and have their pictures taken while looking at least somewhat presentable you can understand how we got the idea to elect a woman (idk why nobody got this idea sooner tbh).
We get bonus progressive points for her being the first woman president too (the previous one was technically male), though for some reason nobody gives a shit about that here either.

Sometimes I check out the webcam at a cafe in downtown Zagreb Croatia called Cafe de Paris. This seems to be a cross section of Croatian society.I am in awe of how much prettier Croatian women are than their American counterparts. Tons of beauties dressed in nice feminine clothing and virtually no fatties or uglies. Plus there is a civility I see that has been long gone in the U.S.
