Autor and his co-authors conclude that family structure “is more consequential for the skills development and labor market outcomes of boys than girls.”
This study is more interesting than the run-of-the-mill research recapitulating the detrimental effects of single mommery (a major cause celebre of mainstream feminism), because its structure seems to obviate any potential genetic influence into sex-differentiated life outcomes. That is, if genetics were the cause, then the sisters of brothers in single mom broken families would have similarly poor outcomes and behavioral problems. But instead what the researchers found was that single mommery disproportionately affected the life outcomes of boys, leaving their sisters largely untouched (at least as measured by SES outcome and delinquency rate) by the single mommery postindustrial complex.
This isn’t to say genetics aren’t a factor in the shitshow that is single mommery, but it does suggest environmental pressures inherent to single mommery are at least partly to blame for making life harder on boys.
It’s just more evidence that feminism has been, and continues to be, a Hate Machine dedicated to churning out Big Lies about the sexes and about their roles in society, with the express purpose of handicapping boys and men and lavishing extreme favoritism and government largesse on girls and women.
It’s silly to argue feminism is a symptom, rather than a cause, of a broken society when its agenda has directly contributed to so much social disruption, antagonism, distrust, resentment, and national decline. This is like arguing Marxism, Freudianism, Communism, SCALE, and GloboHomoism are symptoms of some deeper, underlying, corrupting force that bedevils the West. If one wants to argue for a First Cause of the West’s decline, the most promising culprit would be Hajnalianism, but for some reason those who find SCALE objectionable rarely tackle the subject of inherited empathobesity.
Feminism as a distinctive movement really got started as a vanity project of masculinized or otherwise oddball women who were for various reasons uncomfortable in the world of women. Its leaders — and one shouldn’t neglect to mention the preponderance of feminist leaders were and are Jewish women and their co-tribal male suckups — were able to leverage their gripes to a wider audience of women who had become frustrated and flustered and, in plenty of cases, enthused, by the postindustrial revolution shocks to the social system that, critically, severed fecundity from sex and community from individual.
There was never a feminist movement that had its origins in widespread complaints about male discrimination against working women. That is a myth. Pre-20th Century Western women worked plenty, either on the home or off it. Wives working as apprentices to their husbands’ businesses was fairly common in Medieval Europe.
What feminism has been, and what it remains today, is a propaganda howitzer to mow down the natural order and replace it with an inverted dystopia in which the defining feature is the removal of all constraints on female sexuality and the maximization of restrictions on male sexuality. As in any social movement, the breath of its life emerges first from the sticky goo of the sexual market.
Lies have consequences, and the Big Lies of Feminism and Antiracism have destroyer-of-worlds consequences. They must be fought with a vengeance.

The article’s got it wrong. It says the problem is caused by capitalism i.e. inequality but that’s always been around and the trend hasn’t occurred before. Likewise it says more daycare is needed. I guess that means more stay at home fathers. Likewise, that hasn’t been an issue in the past and never before has this trend been seen. The women that took those jobs got it because they were women, that’s all there is to it.

These movements favor someones’ interests, desires, plans. That’s why they move forward.

It’s bad for boys to be raised by single mothers in today’s world, because of the anti-male, anti-white propaganda. In the old days, plenty of boys would be fatherless because of men dying at sea, at war, at work, from disease, whatever. But since they were growing up in a world where men were men, and women were women, there was no confusion, and they’d be surrounded by surrogate fathers of one kind or another. Extended family, neighbors, whatever. Nowadays it’s poz on TV, school, magazines, etc. It’s sick.

Talk about being raised by single mothers is only half the issue. The Reagan Era represented a major pushback from all this and that’s when I grew up. I’d argue that “toxic slime” was at its least influential during the ’80s. To think we used to complain about Yuppies. That was our big problem. Ha!

I always found it amusing to see feminists deriding Margaret Thatcher because she said negative things about the cause and having an all male cabinet, the irony was that Thatcher espoused all the feminist ideals like getting women to work independently of their husbands and slaving away in the big city for 60 hours a week. She even looked down on working class men such as the miners because they were not like herself. If there was ever a feminist prime minister in the UK it would be Thatcher.

Buddy of mine’s sister is a single mom. Even before taking RP, and reading this site and getting the low down on all the things wrong with single moms, I knew something was amiss with the kid.
He was too shy, his speech hadn’t progressed, as he was still babbling even at the age of 5; couldn’t form basic sentences or answer simple questions. And grandma didn’t help matters, as, being a dutiful woman, was catering to the kid’s every need. But that’s just her nature. (Every time we’d all hang out at my friend’s house, she’d magically whip up something to eat.)
I felt bad for the kid and worse, the girl was shacking up with “flavor of the month”–cool dood–but it was such that the kid would be too attached to the guy and sure enough she dumps the guy. I know that affects kids–first hand stories from men I knew in high school.
And the kid’s dad was classic jerkboy, though I never met him, but I gleaned enough here and there to know that that was the case.
It’s a zero-sum game.

Trump should really take the next step in regards to immigrants and refugees. she badmouths the dad any chance she gets and with them never seeing him, they only know him as a some asshole stranger who they don’t even care to see him anymore.

It might have something to do with how single mothers use seem to view their male children as emotional support animals. Boys in these situations often become substitute husbands, doing all the tasks that a husband would be expected to do (except the sex). Making the mom feel good, listening to her whine, fixing things, etc.
The really fucked up thing about that, however, is that single mothers are a self-selecting population; of the many bad traits they share, they have an inability to deal with men as they are. So they’ll spend their son’s entire childhood trying to teach him how to be a “real” man, or in other words, the man their dysfunctional psychology thinks would make her happy.

Well, Marxism, feminism, progressivism, and many other ‘isms’ are indeed symptoms of a deeper more fundamental force. This force has been – in my opinion – rightly identified by Eric Voegelin by what he calls, “Gnostic tendencies” or “Immanentization of the Christian eschaton”.
When the history of a people becomes interpreted, by these people, in an eschatological fashion, that is as striving or going to some “end-state” in which everything will be perfect and good (what feminists think will happen when their agenda gets implemented, what communists think will happen after the ‘revolution’, etc.) you get a false picture of how reality is. It denies the truth of existence and it is especially dangerous when it becomes the basis of political action. They think they will create heaven on earth, but instead what we get is hell. They deny human nature.
This is a tendency present in Western society ever since its origin and it is the dark counterpart of our great civilization. Western society has been greatly corrupted by this type of thought ever since modernity and most of the ‘isms’ are a direct result from this tendency of interpreting the history of our people in a ‘gnostic’ fashion.
Nonetheless, fighting this requires action on the surface-level as well; feminism itself caused a lot of ‘surface’ problems, Marxism as well, etc. So we have to get into the trench and fight them, but we must not forget the deeper more fundamental forces that drive our civilization – and the dark side it might has.
Eric Voegelin’s “The New Science of Politics” should really be required reading for everyone here. This rather short book explicates much of what is at play at the most fundamental level of (the history of) western society.

Yes, i agree with that. Jewish presence in feminism is stronger in the US. You can see my debate here where i hold the position that feminism in Scandinavia is mostly not caused by jews. I also think that they are encouraging it, but they are not fully responsible for it. Ultimately, i think that feminism is a white woman thing, and that it can not happen to the same extent in non-western countries due to various factors.

well in fairness, I do agree a bit. Obviously after bad news comes out about their own ideas, the left has already moved on to the next attack and covered up the previous errors. If they really cared they might be open to hearing about mistakes. But where I disagree is that stooping to their level is the most effective way to debate them. I happen to think that nothing quite sticks and nothing quite hurts or cuts so deep as the truth. So I will probably tend to go about debating them in that way. Now, it’s entirely a different matter when the left conveniently forgets about things that discredit them. That’s a massive untapped well.

In Germany, the nazis gained power left by turmoil caused by revolutionaries that were inspired by the reds and who overthrew the Hohenzollerns. Nowhere is the violence of the German left mentioned, or that the German Empire had no interest in Nazism. So I don’t think masculinity is to blame, we have to remember how cunning these people are. This issue is my blackpill sticking point. You can craft a study that shows these single mother kids to be dysfunctional, but there isn’t a sensible law or rule to punish them. You can’t realistically punish the mother- as long as society kisses single mommie ass- nor can you punish a kid that was born into it.
All you can do realistically is clamp down and punish non-constructive behavior. Which I guarantee happens all day every day wih these kids. For example, schools should be made to enforce very traditional uniforms, no curving grades, failures are failures, etc

Unrelated topic. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that after Trump’s election the media suddenly found a “crisis” to shame white America — namely, opioid addiction.
This has long been a problem, but why the hysteria now? Who is coordinating this? I think the media blitz has a lot less to do with a new crisis than it does with trying to paint white America as a bunch of redneck junkies.
And while I’m ranting off-topic, I’ll mention that there is also a major PR push behind Making Chelsea Clinton Important. Out of nowhere, she’s getting articles, awards, news analysis.
If people think this isn’t coordinated, they’re mistaken. It is. I come from a media background and used to see things like this, but never were they as blatant as they are today.

They assign a story and assume a certain outcome. If you don’t come up with that outcome, they make you rewrite it until you do, or they edit it. What’s insidious about this is that all of it is unspoken and unwritten. It’s a sort of code.
All of what I saw is much better described in Sharyl Attkisson’s book “Stonewalled,” which I think anyone critical of modern-day media should read.

Or the Black Lies Matter protester who clearly stated to 911 that he wanted to “kill White people” (not classified as a racial hate crime, and Obongo went on TV and flapped his purple lips saying we simply can’t understand the motive behind such “random” acts of violence). By comparison, if the perp is White they’ll be interviewing his kindergarten classmates to see if he ever said a negative thing about blacks.

Normal development and social engagement, then vaxxed before 2yo, boom…seisures or just plain ol regression. No soliciting here just conversation. Same stories. Give it a watch. I don’t know what to believe on the autism/vaccine issue. We’ve had all 4 of our children vaccinated with the basic vaccines but have tried to space it out a little more (sometimes the schedule around here calls for more than one vaccine at a single visit to the doctor); we also skip any optional vaccines such as the annual flu-shot etc. I’m not one of the people who want to force other parents to vaccinate if they don’t want to, however.
But I urge all parents out there to take extreme measure to try to shield your young children from electronics and glowing screens of all types: televisions, computers, ipads, iphones, those dorky fucking “baby’s first laptop” toys, and basically anything that beeps, buzzes, flashes, etc.
Think about it — these young babies and toddlers have unformed brains that are meant to develop slowly, interacting with real world objects in 3-dimensional space (the tactile feel of picking something up, the sound two objects make when they collide, the effect of gravity when something is dropped) and human faces and voices, with their nuance and emotional range.
Setting aside the all too often pozzed content and subliminal messages in this stuff, the audio-visual assault of all this electronic shit cannot be good for a child’s undeveloped brain. And the screen based content of today is so much worse than before, in terms of crazy pacing and editing and flashes and blaring music and insane whacked out graphics … again to say nothing of poz and degeneracy.
It’s not easy; it takes discipline and it’s work to shield your children from this type of electronic pollution; no matter how hard you try you can’t stop all of it. But you can greatly reduce your children’s exposure to it. And I think that will reduce your children’s chance of landing on the autism spectrum.

I could go one by one and disprove to you most of them, not all of them, some are correct. But it will come down to the same point. In Israel 10% of the population are Orthodox jews and 20% are Muslim Arabs. Those two populations are fairly isolated but skew statistics a lot, however for the average secular Jew those things doesn’t matter that much in the same way the Hamish doesn’t affect the life of the average American. For the average secular Jew the stats are much closer to the stats of the western world.
As you noted, when you guys discuss Jews in America you don’t talk much about the Orthodox communities, you talk about the liberal secular Jews of NY or LA. The equivalent of those people in Israel has the same influence and they push the same bullshit agenda. In Israel it is even more crazy because in many times those people support an active enemy who try to destroy the country.
