There does appear to be a loose parallel between jewish and Quaker histories. Both groups were (rationally) discriminated against in many economic and cultural sectors. They responded to the discrimination by pouring into the occupational fields which were still open to them: banking and industry.
The wealth each group nepotistically accrued from those endeavors allowed them to more effectively subvert the surrounding society.

It's good to visualize the geographical origin of many of the groups we discuss. Geography and group attributes are strongly associated through the process of evolution.
The Quakers originate predominately from the English Highlands. Mountain people tend to be more clannish (ethnocentric) than lowland peoples, yet the Quakers very early on developed a pacifist ideology that seems to contradict accepted theories of ethnocentric group psychology research.
It is possible Quaker pacifism was a form of group fitness behavior, by way of virtue signaling harmlessness and victimhood that would allow their group to more easily take advantage of host societies.

This rhetoric is damning of Trump's real intentions. The crisis facing us isn't the problem of "abusers" of the system. The crisis is the system ITSELF.
We should be going after the H1B program in its entirety, not just the abusers of it.

The sad part about the 1978 edition is that it really was much more necessary and it probably came too late to save quite a few boys who died in the back of vans.

Back in the 1950s, actually, the stereotypical fag had sunglasses, a bow-tie and a mustache, just like the ones in this film. None of that, however, with the possible exception of the bow-tie, is considered at all faggy today. Funny how stereotypes change over time.

The type of mustache does matter. Unless it changed (again) the only facial hair allowed when I was in the military was a mustache (a decade or so before me beards were allowed still – at least I saw non-spec ops with ids sporting them). Two CPOs that ran my boot company had mustaches as did quite a few other senior enlisted, though I recall that the advice for those trying to get commissioned was to be clean shaven for initial id as the bias was changing.

Yes, a lot of today young people act with the emotional maturity of children. But since the video is made in the 40s for a purpose. The young people of the past also had the propencity to act like children. The difference is the adults back then saw fit to educate them otherwise, instead of indulging them.

Great video. Of course, nothing of this kind would be tolerated today. In our contemporary culture, authority of any kind is illegitimate, all moral standards are an unacceptable act of oppression, and discussions about personal responsibility have been replaced by themes of victimhood and entitlement.
Those things aside, merely showing an all-white cast, in 2016, would be sufficiently traumatic for blue haired SJW’s to projectile vomit half digested, gluten free salads all over their high functioning autistic peers.
