You'll notice how Graham has his fingers and hand near and over his mouth as he speaks to Netanyahu on the phone. This is a classic body language tell of insecurity, lying, and anxiety.
I'd conclude from this that Graham is afraid to say something too revealing, and that he subconsciously knows that he is in the servile position, and needs to please Netanyahu.

Trump has dutifully performed his service to the pro-White cause by betraying his base with such conspicuous zeal that increasing numbers of right-wing and racialist Whites are coming to the conclusion that the System will never let them win in any meaningful way.
Now that Trump has unwittingly cleared the air, a real reign can come to wash all the filth off the streets.
In the meantime, my humble suggestion to disaffected Whites is to reorient their political focus to hyper-localism, and from there build out networks with other groups of Separatist Whites. The federal and state governments are lost, so that is a concern you can safely discard.
