And no, “many in the US” don’t want to open the border because we want to have our own country and not be forced to live among foreigners – not because the “good folks” in Mexico are neutered.
You’re a self-described libertarian so I guess I should not be surprised that after the US has imported 60 million hispanics and the disastrous consequences are obvious, you are merely “skeptical” of the “ability of the US to take in lots of Mexicans indiscriminately, without having its culture and society impacted for the worse, unfortunately.”
