The absolute most retarded way to do 1488 is to give all the new jobs to women and to put young men out of work. That will exacerbate two anti-natal trends that Whites can ill afford:
- the monopolizing of more prime fertility years of young women in corporate ladder climbing hell and
- the amplifying of women's hypergamy when economically demoted men fall out of the marriage market
Both of those social trends that are downstream of putting more women on career tracks will result in delayed marriages and older age at first childbirth. The opposite of More White Babies.
There's a good reason that Hitler's Third Reich instituted a bachelorette tax and discouraged young German women from entering the workforce. They knew that raising the marriage market value of German men and preventing German women from wasting their fertile years pursuing degrees and careers was the best path toward the nation's racial rejuvenation.
A healthy society that wants to live instead of die has those numbers reversed. 158,000 jobs to men, and 4,000 jobs to women.
A racially conscious Western society that wants to preserve its ancestral lineage makes certain that those jobs go to Whites.

I didn't get into it, but evolution in an environment of widespread contraception use would also work on men, probably selecting for men who have an equally strong desire for family formation and for women who are low probability infidelity/cuckoldry risks.
It's very possible that a "Handmaid's Tale" sort of world could erupt from the fertility collapse of the Birth Control Pill World, in which men steer the reproductive renewal through sheer patriarchal force. Part of that package deal might be fathers exerting a much bigger role in choosing suitors for their daughters, as it used to be in Medieval Europe.
Interestingly, strict paternal guidance of daughters' available male suitors is a backdoor way to ensure genetic similarity of the resulting couplings, understanding that fathers are far more likely than are daughters to choose suitors from among a set limited by geographic, cultural, and ethnic closeness.
