The solar-powered Flock cameras popping up in remote backwoods locations are very likely there to build up a web of surveillance where the Regime thinks Whites will gather and form militias. These trailhead cameras will initially be sold to Whites as necessary to find illegal aliens on the lam, but the true purpose will become apparent as the country continues collapsing and Whites react by collectivizing along racial lines.

Mass surveillance will in short order become ubiquitous in rural America, the safest regions of the country. It has happened many times before in that way. Following empire collapse, remnant outposts of native stock people reforge new nations from their rural redoubts.
