Trump and the Republicans could simply wipe out the Democrats by bringing in affordable universal healthcare for all legal Americans.
As an NS, I would support this. I want to help my fellow (mostly white) Americans and give them the best lives they can have. But like Germany in the 1930s, I would bring in mandatory fitness tests and daily exercise classes. Better education and access to healthy food. To qualify for my health insurance you must pass a fitness test for most ages.
There is no logic in supporting obesity.

It would be fascinating if the GOP could get a Body Fat Percentage requirement for Medicare & Medicaid, where every three to six months, the sloths have to crawl outta bed and head down to the clinic for their BOD POD measurements. Then put them on a sliding scale – the fatter they are, the less Medicare/Medicaid reimburses them – and after a certain obesity percentile, M/M gives them nothing whatsover.
