In this way, adolescents can become agents of change. The most important educational message of tikun olam,repairing the world, is that we must not be indifferent, we must not be bystanders, because indifference is lethal.

Proof? All you need is logic.
Build me a gas chamber. It will have several very distinctive features. These are: no windows. Few to one door. Probably one. It’s not intended for ingress or egress. It has to be airtight otherwise it poses a death risk to anyone around it.
Second, how did the jews get into the chamber? Easy, they walked. Now how did they get out?
Everyone stumbles here because they want to say “they walked.” But they couldn’t have, they were dead and everyone knows the whole “they crammed us in shoulder to shoulder” tales from “survivors.” And right there, anyone with a brain starts to perform mental gymnastics to preserve the narrative as they’re very near their mental 3rd rail. They know it cannot be true once you ask how the jews got out of this chamber.
Then, where’d the gas go? Oh they vented it…onto their own camp where the commandant and his entire family inc children lived? Where all of the soldiers also lived? Poison gas doesn’t just magically disappear, it has to be vented. Nowhere and no means to do that, not even a super tall smokestack to send it up (where it would sink and poison the very prison guards). No massive charcoal filters or shit like this.
Then how did they get the jews out, by hand? How long would that take, has anyone here ever tried to carry a child that’s sleeping? How hard is it to carry dead weight? A super smart friend told me the germans just “did their duty” in terms of going in without hazmat gear on to carry out dead jews regardless of whether they, themselves, perished. She has an IQ of 170, that’s how deep this shit is in the programming.

Well, OK then.
However, as someone who does persuasion and bias as a living, you’re playing with fire. The message that comes across is “the next holocaust is in your hands, either way.” At the same time that you think you are teaching them that they can prevent one, you are also acclimating them to the idea of committing one.
It’s like the problem of “debunking” a lie. It just reinforces the lie. When they tell kids, “preventing the next holocaust is in your hands” they also internalize that they can create a holocaust as well.
These people are stupid.

I thought many times about what you say.
One of my conclusions is that Hitler’s foremost blindspot and mistake was his disdain for the Slavs. He was spot on regarding the Jews (99% of sane Europeans and not only before 1950 would have agreed with him), but why didn’t he try to make the Slavs his allies, instead of trying to crush them?
Still, I think if the Axis had won WWII it would have been better for everyone in the long run, including the Slavs.

Possibly. He did ally with Slavs to some extent, but had irreconcilable territorial differences with Poland concerning the Danzig corridor. Lebebsraum objectives required genocidal measures eastward. It so worked out that subsequent Soviet rule over other Slavic nations had salutary cultural and demographic effects.

Not that I care about Europe getting screwed up because of the holocaust, it is a well deserved and ironic punishment, but the last people I would listen to for any advice are holocaust survivors. Those people couldn’t spot evil when they saw one and they can’t do it also today. The sane Jews just escaped before the war to Israel, America or wherever they could. I find that in Israel a lot of the left leaning extremists are from holocaust survivors families. They have some kind of a syndrome that they tend to like the people who abuse them.

In modern day films and movies, the protagonist can be from a variety of perspectives. Its not the pure good vs the pure evil anymore. Or objectively noble vs despicable. Its gray vs gray.
