What is a woman either? If there are no definable characteristics, these words may as well be from Wocket in My Pocket by Dr. Seuss.
They are entirely contrived, arbitrary, and fanciful, from Mary Poppins. Thus you cannot call anyone a he or a she as those are gendered pronouns implying a particular sexual or gender identity which is fictional.

It’s “Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class” – 63 years old & only an E-5? did he retire at E-5? they don’t let you stay in 20 years if you can’t get past E-5. all kinds of things wrong with this! was it in the navy, then in the reserves, then never advanced? weirdness upon weirdness. a real navy would disavow!
