Mendo, that is an interesting angle. I had not thought of it. This is the level of intrigue we are dealing with here. Few if any of us have ever actually dealt with it first hand. If you grew up in DC as I did, it doesn’t surprise you at all, however. So many of the special interests are intertwined- you can’t upset this entity or that for instance and must be played out slowly to avoid blowing the entire house of cards over.

I have read his IQ is in the 160 range. He also has a staff of highly skilled intel officers behind him making the plans and advising him.
