Half of named rape accusations are eventually retracted. No doubt most of the rest of them are also false.
Women face no consequences for false allegations so they do it fairly often. Men if accused are certain to do jail time so they extremely rarely rape. Consequently most accusations that name the attacker are likely false. The only exception to this are men like Clinton and Weinstein who are so politically connected they expect accusations to be squelched.

You can’t rape the willing, and if she changes her mind the next day to “unwilling” for ulterior purposes, that means your “seduction” was not large enough for its effects to continue the next day.
