I won’t pretend to clairvoyance, but I do have a pretty good grasp of human nature, and I predict that the trajectory of White political dispossession will stall, allowing time for White demographic dispossession to catch up, so that in the end a cataclysmic political inferno engulfs the US when Whites are roughly politically neutered at about the same time as they are demographically neutered.

Non-commissioned Officer, or sergeant.
Military has two tiers of rank structure
1.Commissioned Officers, which run from 2nd Lieutenant, who is typically a fresh college graduate – through 1LT, Captain, Major, Ltc Colonel, Colonel, and up to Generals. (Navy has an equivalent parallel rank structure, Ensign through Admiral)
2. Enlisted men, which runs from Private through several tiers of Sergeant. Those Sergeants are NCOs.
All Enlisted are subordinate to officers, but a young Lieutenant best beware of slighting a senior NCO, lest his captain rips him a new one.
(There is also a Warrant Officer rank structure that’s a bit of a hybrid of the two, and is based on technical expertise)
