And Trump indeed has the power to do so, via the mandate of FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai to ensure fair political communication in the United States
The problem tho, is the greatly bought-and-paid-for US judges, mostly aligned with the poz, who would likely come up with some bullshite to block the FCC’s restoration of Constitutional rights
Under the neglected US Constitution, the Congress is supreme over the judges, and can remove any USA federal or even Supreme Court judge merely for ‘bad behaviour’ such as idiot decisions, they have unlimited power of impeachment by US House, trial by US Senate … but they almost never do that, playing along with the lie that it is US judges who are ‘supreme’ … and in any case, the US Congress cannot currently be counted on to perform as shitlords
Curiously, President Trump’s older sister, 81-year-old Maryanne Trump Barry (born 1937), is a US Federal Judge at the higher Appeals level of the Third Circuit

Here’s a good example of the use and abuse of the “We Aren’t Going to Vote Our Way Out of This” strategy. We would be derelict not to have a contingency plan in the event the poz isn’t reversed by the cultural and political force of the Trumpening. But we would be equally derelict if we didn’t try the easy way first, righteous bloodlust notwithstanding.
I am much more hopeful than the blackpill chorus that a silent majority stands ready to support the courageous few at the tip of the spear, even if you can’t expect the comfortable to initiate a revolution in which their fortunes and families are put into the balance.
