And as a survival strategy it seems logical at first. In Sweden, where antisemitism is rampant, some of the foremost politicians pushing “nationalist” agendas are just jews, as in many other european countries, as a reaction to islamism.

Interesting. I think I would actually support the idea that blackness is a disability. I think that could be a very constructive approach to dealing with Negroes. Treat them like retards. The parallels are obvious. Just as it would be wrong to hate retards for being retarded, one shouldn’t hate blacks for their blackness. Rather, we should honestly and thoughtfully acknowledge their limitations and make accommodations to ameliorate both their suffering and ours dealing with them.
I think that was the thought process for American society in the interim between the civil war and the civil rights, and it worked relatively well. Of course, like having a retarded kid, it is not an ideal situation but one people try to make the best of it in spite of the enormous burden and hardship.
I’m sure the black woman in that piece meant something else entirely, more along the lines of reparations, but I like the idea nevertheless.
