Nah, that's a tepid take. Much more plausible an explanation is that the pro-Palestine movement is inextricably linked in the US with pro-faggot, pro-tranny, and anti-White antifa leftoid activism. The perception of this linkage, which is very much a ground truth reality, would naturally motivate instinctive pro-Whites like the men from PF to bristle at the sight of pro-Palestine stickers, knowing full well that it is a movement that exists as part of a larger constellation of anti-White leftist causes.
That doesn't mean Patriot Front are pro-Zionism, or tools for jewish power. It means that pro-Palestine pro-Whites who want to move more Whites into anti-semitism had better work hard at distancing themselves from the Degenerate Freak Parade that currently headlines pro-Palestine protests.
I bet the actual Palestinians would appreciate the house-cleaning.

As kids, we used to play a war game where we'd have strings running along the ground to "ammo" dumps we hid in the woods, to help guide us to our stores.
Part of the game was discovering the "enemy's" string and following it to their hideout, then play-ambushing them.

There is no principled difference between Trump and every ruling US regime going back at least to FDR.
There is one practical difference, though, which makes all the difference:
Trump is tactless. He exposes the corruption at the heart of the US empire every time he opens his bombastic mouth.

Trump does not know how to politely flim-flam the public to give moral credence to whatever it is the Regime wishes to do.
