Prior to the “civil rights” (((revolution))), most states and local governments had sensible laws that discriminated against Africans in the matter of “gun control.” Simply put: white men could carry guns but Africans could not. Scalia cleverly used this historical fact to inside-out use the libtards’ tactics against them in Heller. “We can’t have gun control, because, wow just wow in the past gun control was used to discriminate against negroes.”

lolzozozozozoz nevermind the fact that the Framers thought, correctly, that Africans are 3/5 human, or at least they should be treated that way when it comes to voting, since they are invaders in our nation. Just days before the Orlando queer massacre, the Florida Supreme Court heard oral argument in a case about whether there is a constitutional right to carry a firearm openly. (Florida grants licenses for concealed carry, but does not allow open carry unless hunting, fishing, or a few other exceptions.)

While the lawyer for the pro-second amendment position is on the right side, it’s funny to see him cite the framers. Historically, of course, the second amendment right to bear arms contemplated OPEN carry, not concealed carry. Only a criminal would want to conceal that he has a gun, obviously. (Florida’s legislature had a retard fart in 1987.) But the framers would not agree that a black man should be allowed to openly carry.

I can cite you 365 examples per year of why not. Every sane person knows why.

The policy, however, was common sense. Africans have an average IQ of 80 and are naturally violent, emotional, and childlike. “Quicker to laugh. Quicker to cry.” Anybody who has been surrounded by Africans a place like Miami Beach knows what Dr. Duke meant.

When it comes to carrying guns, Africans are a hair trigger at all times, literally itching for an excuse to shoot somebody.

Incidentally, the litigant in the Florida open carry case is an African who went strolling down the street openly carrying just minutes after being issued his concealed carry license. Unless he was a plant to get a client for a test case (possible but I don’t think so), even the very client who was the vehicle to get this case into the Florida Supreme Court is more proof of what I’m saying.

When a white man gets his license, he reads the statute (even non-lawyers do this) and is a bit scared and is VERY MUCH aware that it is not a license to openly carry. Everyone in Florida knows this rule. Every man does. Perhaps those who are 3/5 of a man are not smart enough to walk and chew gum at the same time?

Heartiste, would you call MPC the first site that has managed to, well, intellectually intimidate you? Not trolling. It seems there’s a mixture of awe and envy in your dealings with them. That community doesn’t have much respect for the “manosphere”.

[CH: not intimidate. they have earned my respect for the enjoyment and analysis they offer. we have our differences, which I’ve gone over before, but we also share a worldview, regardless of rancor over the details of parts of that worldview, such as the functioning of the sexual market and the workings of female desire.]

PMAN+followers vs. CH is basically alpha vs. alpha posturing, whereas both know that they are more enlightened than 99.9% of the populace and they agree with each other way more than they disagree.

MPC clearly has a number of intellectual and insightful posters, but it still baffles me how many of them still can’t see the true nature of women (though others there have started to come around).

[CH: part of the reason is that natural shitlords (or reasonable facsimiles of) like i think Pman is, generally never have much trouble finding a good wife and settling down rather early in life, nor much inclination to play the field. this good fortune limits their experience with women and skews their impressions of the fairer sex.]

I guess they are more advanced than MPC and definitely not so person-focused like MPC (around PMAN, maybe TOG).

Carol Nudelman, who had an office on Red Road in South Miami, administered the tests that determined Mateen was “mentally and emotionally stable,” according to an application for a Class G firearms license released Wednesday by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services… Nudelman years ago also had administered a psychological test to Paul David Ahern, another guard at security company G4S, then known as The Wackenhut Co. Ahern killed two people and wounded two others in 1998 at his condominium community in Kendall. He is serving a life sentence.
