Some Mexicanamerican judge is set to rule against Trump in a lawsuit concerning Trump U. Trump went to the samizdat airwaves to claim, rightly, that the judge’s Mexican heritage means there’s a really good chance the judge could not be impartial in his ruling.

Commenter Rum cogently explains the essential truth of Trump’s charge against the judge, and how that truth is becoming truer in our polyglot, Babelling post-nation. For this brilliant insight, Rum walks off with the coveted Chateau COTW.

DTs recent comment about the judge overseeing one of the lawsuits he is dealing with struck me at first as being off-key.
He repeatedly called the guy a “Mexican” although he was born in the US and is, of course, a citizen.
And there is the fact that challenging the fitness of a judge on the basis of heritage or personal politics has long been considered out of bounds.
Then it occurred to me. Yes, that would be out of bounds in a coherent nation state. But what if we now live in an emerging multi ethnic empire? That is a very different thing.
I think that DT is throwing down another gauntlet. He is saying, in effect, “Reverse the move toward being a multi-ethnic empire or we (his supporters) will start acting on the premise that the USA actually is one.” That is, “white” people will begin to manifest concern for their explicit self interest just like any other group.
In other words, the meaning of “we” changes when an historic nation state turns into something else.
He is calling their (the elites) bluff.

Impressed.

Trump is playing the long game, and the elite don’t know how to respond except with recourse to their tired, worn-out quiver of empty smears: racist, sexist, pro-white-ist. All it took was one man with brass balls to, as Rum wrote, throw down the gauntlet and shove the consequences of a multi-muddy third worldifying America into the faces of the effete white libfags who claim to admire their grotesque creation. Let them choke on it.

As for the details of the Trump U case, a judge having nonWhite genetic lineage isn’t necessarily disqualifying from ruling on cases in which the defendant has expressed tacit pro-White America feelings, but it is surely a leading indicator that the judge will rule in a biased manner, consistent with the natural, emotional tribalistic baggage he autonomically brings to the court.

And that is precisely the issue with so many of these modern “immigrants”. They are typically anything but: Insisting on speaking their own language (and the folks in the US catering to it as well. And you see their own nationalism with the mexican flag-wavers. The socialist “gimmesumdat” mentality. Etc etc.
If anything they are invaders; occupiers.

    • Scarborough was insane today over this Trump/Judge business. Apparently this is the most offensive thing said by anyone ever. Not counting of course the media doing the Supreme Court ethnic/sex/religion game each time a Supreme Court opening comes up. Trump didn’t invent identity politics; in contemporary America, the left did. But Trump isn’t shy about using it. Now it’s fun to see the hypocrisy of the media talking heads who didn’t find Sotomayor’s “wise Latina” comment was exactly the same thing.

The left didn’t just invent identity politics, they have become completely subsumed by it. They no longer even pretend to represent the working proles, giving Trump an enormous — excuse me, yuuuge — unserved market to tap.

BTW the same thing has happened in most democracies. Parties that were once proud to represent labor are now embarrassed by the rubes. They much prefer environmentalism and identity politics, but not of course identity politics for straight white men.

Precisely because the left has been using these kind of tactics, often contrived, is why Trump isn’t doing it. We need the pain, the pain brings change. Think of your own violent reaction to the scene, multiply it by millions… This is the level of outrage we all need to feel… not something mitigated by earning political capital and a good will tour for the afflicted.

It seems that we can’t ever quite say what we mean to say, so I’ll make it explicit.

Mr. Trump is attacking the premise that whites may be presumed racist by instead attaching that assumption to the most obvious example of a racist: a judge who associates with an explicitly racist organization that favor immigrant mestizo population over the founding white population.

If this judge were an ethnic Cracker with membership in the Sons of the Confederacy and Trump were a black man politicking for reparations, there’d be no end to the two-minutes-of-hate of the judge.

What I love most about Trump’s decision to target Mexicans is that they can’t reasonably claim some sort of refugee status to explain their blatant disregard of US immigration laws. The unlawful settlement of these people in our country lacks any moral justification: they’re here to benefit from the infrastructure we built over generations that they have neglected to build during a longer history. And once here, they band together against us, just as so many other immigrant groups mistakenly permitted to settle here, for the sole purpose of gaining advantage from our kindness and general empathy.

Trump has indeed broken this cycle wherein we perceive suffering and respond with kindness, and he has done this by demonstrating, repeatedly, that large allied portions of several ethnic minorities within our nation intentionally seek to disadvantage the founding stock from which they beg so much assistance. The pickpocket works his craft by acting the beggar. So be it: jail or deport all the beggars.

I don’t know if Trump made a mistake or a brilliant move with this Mexican judge business. I do know he should explain himself better, and at length, on his own terms, such as during his off the cuff press conferences.

For context, Trump needs to explain the La Raza connection, maybe read the entire La Raza mission statement, and then go on and on with the examples and analogies -how this judge, in fact, favors illegal aliens, how we would be wise to question the motives of a judge who belonged to the KKK, etc.

Maybe Trump has thick skin, but he comes across as thin-skinned and all the media needs to pounce is a whiff of blood or weakness in the water.

Finally, all Trump’s major decisions and tweets should be quickly reviewed by Ann Coulter. Ann is smart, politically savvy, and knows which stories interest the media and why.

The Left is horribly vulnerable to its own tools.

For example, Federal judges are not allowed any connection to the Boy Scouts without recusing themselves on all LGBT issues, thanks to the “Ailinsky way”.

Trump is holding “Judge La Raza” to the same “Ailinsky way” ethical standard using the same cultural attack tools. AKA Highlighting this judges connections to the Hispanic racial supremacist La Raza organization — that wants to steal back California, Texas and everything in between — to make the tool work.

What the elites want us to believe is that Immigrant and Ethnic group and associations are harmless. That La Raza is just like the Lions or Young Republicans.

The reality is that La Raza is all about Latinos and how they can be promoted into further dominance over US society. For example has anyone NOTICED how many Spanish Only radio stations there are now???

Trump’s assertion that the Judge may rule due to his racial background is at the HEART of a real issue. OF COURSE these folks make decisions within the biases of their heritage ESPECIALLY IF they join groups like La Raza. What the Joe Scars of the world don’t want the Average Joe to see is that these groups are empowering these ethnic groups _openly_. AND if they don’t stop Trump from pointing out the obvious (that there are groups looking out for everyone but the Middle American non oppressed) … because then perhaps Average Joe will found groups to counter some of this La Raza agitation.

If anyone ever talks with an immigrant you will hear like within 2 minutes they want to bring more of their family to our fair land. Cousins, Second Cousins the works… and what those immigrants fear more than death itself is that the gate closes and their “family” loses the migrant lottery.

Recent Immigrants fear the rise of someone saying with common sense “hey perhaps inviting the rest of the world IS NOT IN OUR COLLECTIVE INTERESTS”

That is what Joe fears the rise of the sleepwalkers… because it is time for us to wake the F*** up

“In 2001, Sonia Sotomayor, an appeals court judge, gave a speech declaring that the ethnicity and sex of a judge “may and will make a difference in our judging.”

In her speech, Judge Sotomayor questioned the famous notion — often invoked by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her retired Supreme Courtcolleague, Sandra Day O’Connor — that a wise old man and a wise old woman would reach the same conclusion when deciding cases.

“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” said Judge Sotomayor, who is now considered to be near the top of President Obama’s list of potential Supreme Court nominees.”

Really should watch this circa late 1980’s… All the same themes… leadership, tariffs, US paying for world security, US being ripped off… etc etc.

Last one 1980… Trump when asked about running for President says “someone with strong views, unpopular views, would have a hard time getting elected against someone with no great brain but a big smile”…

CO is right, the foreshadowing is all there… he has had President on the mind from his earliest days…

I think Trump is rope-a-doping too much. He isn’t mentioning “La Raza,” which is the main issue. This judge is a racial/ethnic activist who of course will be biased. Another strategy would be to point out this is a national issue, not a race one. Mexican isn’t officially a race (I know we smart people know it basically is), but the fags immediately made the logically fallacious jump to race. Trump should hit back on these points.

No. Debating race is their frame. Triggering em up and not arguing the details is winning. Explaining stuff is close to apologizing and we know he shouldn’t do that.

CIA types tend to frown when their pet outfits – e.g. La Raza- get abused by outsiders.

Expect the Don not to mention it., is a fight he needs not fight – at the moment

Ha ha ha. They really are such weaselly frauds.

Daily Stormer has really worked out how to leverage this social media stuff. 5 stars.

Dude, that is a nugget of gold right there. Perfect pithy comment for dinner table shitlording among family and friends. With a few tweaks, I’ll be using it.

It’s just like when your mother used to say “It’s all fun and games until someone loses an eye!”

Racial-identity politics is all fun and games until the White kids start playing it.
