People take a long time to come around. Around 2005, I realized how stupid we white nationalists were being about Communist regimes, in particular the Soviet Union, and began talking about it to people on the blogs. Here you had a repressive regime operating on a basically impossible program (but far less improbable than the fiction of unlimited growth on which all industrial society operates, but capitalism extols) which preserved the core ethnic group and their traditions. I was living in Vancouver, WA, and would strike up conversation with elderly Russian expats and gently lead the chat in that direction; every one expressed mild to strong nostalgia for the Soviet Union, at least as compared to multicultopia. But from white nationalists, all I got was “Are you a Jew?”, “You must be a Jew,” etc. Christianity was originally a Jewish movement, like Bolshevism, away from Judaism; and eventually, Jews were phased out of it. White nationalists were completely incapable of understanding this analogy, or separating the Jewish involvement in Bolshevism from the later beneficial effects of Communism for the Russian folk. In-group dogmas die hard and last. Not that it matters what we think.

I have always had an issue with the “Bush lied” mantra. If he was lying, he was in good company. CIA, DOD, British intelligence, French intelligence, the UN all thought he WMD. Every credible source said the Iraqis had them. Then there is the abundance of troops who have symptoms related to chemical exposure. A few comments.about the Bushes
1. Will Jeb Bush’s crash and burn end the career of George P. Bush, his son? If the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, one hopes so. Regression even further towards the mean?
2. Both George H.W. and Dubya flew military aircraft. In the case of Bush 41 he flew close enough to the enemy to be shot down. The other two members of his crew were killed and bobbed around on a liferaft until an American submarine picked him up. So I give him lots of credit for that service. Dubya flew the F-102, the first U.S. production delta-winged aircraft. It was underpowered and not easy to fly. He flew it–give credit where credit is due.
3. Both Bush 41 and Bush 43 missed colossal opportunities. In the case of Bush 41, when the USSR collapsed, he could have withdrawn the U.S. from NATO and told the Europeans that if they can’t deal with Russia without North American help after 300 years (dating from Peter the Great) they never will. Instead, he began a process of pushing NATO to rhe doorsep of Russia.
4. In the case of Bush 43 September 11 was a great opportunity to dramatically restrict or forbid Muslim immigration into the U.S. and possibly even encourage the emmigration of those already here. Instead he started two pointless unwinnable wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
5. I wonder if Jeb is a victim of the Peter Principle. He seems to have been a reasonably competent governor of Florida but he has been totally out of his depth running for President.

Immediately after 9/11, Bush’s approval ratings shot over 90%, unprecedented. Had he simply said “For our national security, we’re instituting a freeze in our immigration and visa process. At times like these, the safety of the American people should be our primary concern.”
Who could have opposed? Some, but he’d definitely have a slam-dunk majority supporting him, at least 70% of the people.
Then you just don’t lift the freeze, or gradually lift it for “safe” countries first, aka White people.

In fairness to Bush 41, I believe he was sincere in his guarantee to the Russians that in exchange for German reunification NATO would advance no further. Even Nixon, an expert Russia watcher, in the volumes Monica Crowley wrote as his amanuensis, fumed against Bush for backing Gorbachev instead of Yeltsin. It looks to me that Bush had the better of that argument (tho Nixon, to his credit, implored Clinton to extend aid to the Russians instead of screwing them over).
It’s not as good as vacating NATO, but I think Bush’s prudential attitude would’ve allowed some multipolarity and breathing room for Russia. Also, his victory address before Congress as the Gulf War ended laid out a strongly anti-interventionist agenda for the Middle East, deploring any sort of permanent presence– and, like Carter before him, Bush dedicated a lot of political capital to forcing a peace settlement on Israel, which surely helped ruin his reelection.
Otoh: legal immigration first shot to 1,000,000+ numbers on Bush’s watch. This and NAFTA, much more than any bullshit about tax deals, was his true sin against conservatism, and I don’t know what it would’ve taken to convince him to do otherwise.
Bush 41 was the president of my high school years, and I still find it hard to shake my affection for the man. John “Normanson” Podhoretz wrote a very hateful book about the Bush 41 presidency, which includes various chapters in the “voice” of fellow apparatchiks of the White House, a couple of which betray an extraordinary degree of affection for Bush. I haven’t picked up that book in years, but it would be interesting to revisit it to see what role Eskimo prejudices played against the country club paternalism of the sporting old man.

One of the weird paradoxes post War is that the allegedly “evil Empire” communist countries were the least devastated by the Poz (China, Poland, Russia). The reason is that the Poz was foisted on the USA and Western Europe by foreign adversaries.

The take home is that “church/state” division is unworkable because foreign adversaries will encourage degeneracy. Israel has non-Pozzed Rabbi’s determine social policy (yep, its a theocracy!). They can protect their culture from foreign adversaries (Israel has no gay marriage, for example). Poland is similar with conservative Catholics calling the shots.

Judging a presidency requires criteria. Here are mine, two, to be precise:
1. What long-term existential impact — such as land acquisition/loss or demographic results — did his term(s) have on core Americans?
2. Are core Americans better-off or worse-off seven years after leaving office. Not during his term(s) or immediately after, as that is biased in favor of potentially short-term-gain for long-term-loss decisions. And not much farther in the future, as a trillion butterfly effects and successor president’s will have nullified his work.

What I’m saying is, presidential efficacy is an illusion bequeathed to us from an age with far fewer variables at play to bring about some state of affairs. Well, this is — tomorrow’s SC primary election is a key moment for Der Trumpening. As I predicted a couple weeks ago, it’s really coming down to Trump v. Cruz.
I’m a bit disappointed that Trump hasn’t capitalized on the potential for capturing the Southern race-realism vote (it would have been easy enough to do while maintaining plausible deniability for now). But what’s done is done.
Prediction: it will be a tight election, but Trump will narrowly beat Cruz. Guac or Rubio in third place but neither really matters at this point. Rubio is fucked because of his support for immigration and based on what I’m reading the vaunted Bush war chest is nearly empty at this point and donors are (finally) abandoning the USS Jeb!

It’s a gut prediction based on my (admittedly minimal and sporadic) review of this week’s polling data and my sense of where the religious Repulican voters are aligned from conversations with family members.
If Trump wins narrowly in SC that is not a victory for the Cathedral! If Trump wins SC it will be HUGE for Trump and will show he can and likely will win the nomination.
The entire Republican establishment is against him; Cuckservative Review put out a special edition “Against Trump”; libtards are calling him Hitler reincarnated; the fucking Pope — the fucking anti-Pope who said fuck all about Obama not being Christian because he supports dismembering babies on operating room tables after botched abortion — the fucking Pope comes out against Trump for daring to protect our borders; the banksters and the cheap labor lobby are in overdrive to get anyone-but-Trump elected; fucking Obama — the sitting president — taking the unprecedented step of picking sides in the opposition party’s primary, flapping his lips making anti-Trump remarks; and of course, Eskimos under every rock from here to Tel Aviv bashing Trump.
If Trump wins in SC in the face of all of this, it’s a major win no matter the margin. Even if he places a close second, it’s not over — there is untapped pro-White votes that he can win in subsequent states if he adopts the Corvo “accidental racist” 😉 strategy.

Greg – you need to understand that the delegates are not awarded on a straight proportion of the popular vote acheived, some states are winner take all, some require a minimum hurdle (20% of the vote) to get any votes, most have special or super delegate blocks that are awarded to overall winners etc… Really this is all that matters. The media can circle jerk all day long on narrow or wide victories, it’s delegates that get the nomination.

Obviously nobody is going to remember, weeks from now, how wide any margins of victory were in earlier primaries.
But that isn’t the point here at the moment…
The point is, when one side is predicted to have a resounding margin of victory, but only ekes out a win, there’s a bit of a pall over the result for the immediate aftermath… like when your team doesn’t cover the spread, and, although they won, you still lost some money.

Final pre-Iowa polls all predicted aTrump victory — I didn’t see a single poll that had Cruz ahead. It wasn’t just the CH rah-rah section.
As for “the task at hand” — every one of these interests is laser-focused on taking Trump down in SC. You can’t, in my opinion, divorce the battle in SC from the larger picture.
I see the MSM game differently than you do. I see them looking to overplay Trump’s “lead” and then pump up whoever “beats expectations” as the Big Winner of SC, while Trump is a loser if he doesn’t meet overhyped expectations.
You’re in PA, a swing state — have YOU every been contacted by a pollster? Would you trust any of them as far as you could kick them? Polls are somewhat useful but need to be taken with a very big grain of salt.
As for putting words in your mouth, my rayciss, you didn’t use the word “loser” but you’re using a whole slew of synonyms (“BIG letdown,” “disappointment,” “harbinger of decline”). Back on the delegate issue – Trump’s loss in IA was a net 1 delegate 7 for Trump to Cruz the VICTORS 8…. 1 delegate that Cruz stole with his underhanded tactics in the 11 hour and 59th minute…
In NH TRUMP claimed 10 to Krustich’s 4 while RU-BO, Cruz and Bush all got 3…
The winner in each race is going to grab about 40-50% of the delegates… No matter what the margin of victory is. IA is an outlier in how they run things and how delegates are counted, which is WHY it has always been a poor predictor of the nominee.
Tomorrow we will all know more…

I tuned into one of the major networks for the report… they were absolutely mum right until the polls closed, but there were all sorts of smiles and talk of “all of the polls have never been wrong before”, so a sense of dread arose, as if the fix was in.
At 7:00pm, they kept up the “too close to call” between Trump, Cruz, and Rubio… blah-blah-blah, exit polls, blah-blah-blah…
But by 7:20 they couldn’t keep up the facade any longer and declared Trump the victor… and not by a little, either… so they started touting the “fight for second place” between the next two guys at the 22% mark… heh.
So, Trump not only won handily, he covered the spread.

Its not Trump vs. Cruz, it is Trump vs. Rubio.
Cruz has no path to win a GOP nomination. He is for the evangelical, very conservative voters. No play in the North or the coasts. Can’t win.
You’ll see after the establishment consolidates around someone (probably Rubio), that candidate will quickly overtake Cruz in the polls.
The only Cruz factor in this race is that he’s siphoning delegates away from Trump and needs to be killed before he gets too many. That’s it.

Too easy to just say Jeb is and always was a beta, and now dissappointing. Maybe he had more compassion and so how abusively slimy his family and elders were, which would have made him a target to control him, thus spoiling any alpha potential. For all his problems, and i hate him (and them) as much as anyone, they look like a loving family, how they sit close to each other and touching.
On a previous thread was that picture of Rubio and his gaudy wife and their kids, and someone pointed out that not even one of them was touching another … except the dog.
How unnatural was that (Rubio family) picture – and then to think that it was a staged photo, and none of them nor their handlers could notice and correct it, and maybe make them look like non-sociopaths or at least a halfway functional fam.

Wanted to share this vid, its a dad motivating his son. The important part is you can see him teaching his son that you need to BELIEVE you are capable of doing something in order to do it. If you have negative thoughts, self-sabotage, your thoughts words and actions do not align. if you approach a girl but are secretly thinking you aren’t good enough, she will feel that through your subcommunications.
This is why nuero-lingustic programming (NLP) works so well. The dad trains the kid to see himself succeeding at the jump, trains him to believe he can make the jump. When the kid first tries you can see the self doubt before he attempts and fails. After he internalizes that he can do, he nails that shit. If a little kid can internalize these concepts, a grown man better be able to!

I defend Nixon as at least a mixed bag as a president, a guy who truly “got it”, he’d be very at home in the CH comment section. Listen to the Nixon Tapes. I’ll give you that as a President he did some things that were pretty bad, closing the gold window, putting us on the petrodollar, and the price controls were all disasters, as well as the EPA and a bunch of other crap.
But I would take another Nixon over W or Obama for sure, mostly because he knew what side he was on, and he knew damn well who the enemies were.
LBJ on the other hand, should be mentioned as often as possible in a “worst president ever” conversation.

She hasn’t texted back since. She’s acted up before and I’ve punished her before and she’s apologized profusely before. The only thing I regret was telling her about needing an education in throat fucking, as it was playing into her frame about education and could possibly be read as being butt hurt, which I didn’t want to convey at all. I’ve sent brutal shit like that to her before so it’s not like it was incongruous but I should have been more stern in retrospect.
I didn’t text her at all today. I will not do so all weekend. But I do not want to lose a chick with this much promise. She’s getting a little wild, testing me to see if I’ll bend. I don’t think I bent, but I also don’t think I punished her enough, hence the silence.
I need the PERFECT message to send her if she hasn’t texted me back by Monday. Something that will COMPEL her inner hamster to come crawling back to me, because she just HAS to know what I meant, along the lines of ‘Oh you’re one of those girls…’. Which I actually did use on her one time when she was being indifferent to me, worked like a charm.
I have to stoke her curiosity as well as generate tingles from a defensive crouch, to adopt Heartistian turn of phrase. Gentlemen, help me do my part to save Western civilization.
