For the past 40 years Jimmy Carter’s foreign policy adviser, Z-Big has placed his acolytes through the Dept. of State and the CFR to manifest his pathological anti-Russian ideology mainly with the help of Democrat regimes like Bill Clinton(remember how bad things were for Russia during the 90’s?) and Obama(ahem, Ukraine…)
Brzezinski’s entire foreign policy revolves around the idea that Russia must be kept on her knees for the US to thrive. Really. That’s his doctrine.

I don’t think Obama and Clinton/Kerry could care less what Brzezinski thinks.
