Too many dog owners choose their dogs based on looks. They just like the look of a certain breed. Which is fine as far as it goes, but it's a judgment that should be made as part of a broader assessment of the dog's suitability, including its disposition, ingrained habits, and energy needs.
The problem with dog owner culture is the same problem affecting White culture at the human level:
Whites are stupidly wedded to the idea that genetic influence only goes as deep as the "color of one's skin".

Being uncut? You mean how does it affect their mental state? This is just me mind you but on some guys (guys from other countries) it’s a non-issue. The majority of uncircumsized guys are from other countries. (see the French movie 9 Songs)
Then Americans fall into 2 categories. Well actually I’ve only had 2 experiences to draw from but they were very different.
One was confident and deliciously passionate (and hispanic). He considered any physical characteristic he had to be one more feature that contributed to the intrinsic value of the whole. Sizewise he was small side of average.
The other was white. Before he took it out, said “Sorry it’s kind of gross. My mom was a hippy.” When I realized what he was talking about I tried to convey my genuine enthusiasm but nothing doing. Neither one of us climaxed the entire weekend. Sizewise he was hung like a dolphin.
Maybe it’s different in the north. But I suspect that for at least southern white men there is a whiff of race or class status involved with the distaste for being uncut. For women it’s probably aesthetics or unfamiliarity.

i have this bizarro theory that many men don’t settle down until their desire for quantity transforms to their desire for quality. this happens later in life, usually also coinciding with decreasing testosterone.

I think it has more to do with the man’s personality, and not the sensitivity of his member. Also, I don’t completely believe the notion that men “settle down” later in life and change their ways. My father has never been fully faithful to any single woman, and he’s in his 50s.

I have no problem with people from South America, but the cut vs. uncut thing is really rather silly. Also, the majority of American men are great. The minority of men that are scumbags do not represent the whole of American men.
Also, I half-suspect that the men that subscribe to quantity over quality probably haven’t met any quality women that want to commit to them. Once they do, in my observation (in person; not of men on this blog), they don’t go crazy trying to get more women. I know many examples of men who are loyal to their families.
I think Americans need companionship more because they are in a society that is less socially cohesive. Before they “settle down” they tend to sleep around more to get that companionship, and most people know how to get casual sex. Some people just don’t think that a long-term relationship is worth fighting for or worth having. Again, a matter of personality rather than testosterone…

hope- yeah. i agree on companionship thing, it’s so hard to find. women outsource it casual sex as well nowadays. but i can’t really say it’s just american men. young russian guys always had at least one warm, feminine woman to come home to at night, and many still went out to play. it really just depends on the guy.
