It DOES NOT mean killing the modern economy by banning oil or requiring governments to give every person in the world a $7K subsidy to buy an electric car. Solar and wind power can fill energy niches, but can’t scale up without massive state subsidies. Batteries are of limited use and cause their own ecological problems. The only energy source, as of now, that can compete with oil in terms of EIEO, is nuclear. If a shitlib you know is against nuclear energy, then that shitlib is not serious about her global warming hysteria.

On an unrelated note, one of the best concerts I ever saw was Schonen Knife at a local small venue, well past their heydey… the Japanese girl drummer, already in her forties, was titanic in ability and energy, so much so I had to keep (((shakin’ mah haid))) in admiration.
The three seemed like fun people to be around too, always smiling and waving to the small crowd like they truly enjoyed the whole experience themselves.
The pics in your link reminded me of them, the original Japanese all-girl punk band.

Here’s the funny thing about AGW. If someone thinks humans are the true cause, then he should support immigration restriction and the end of foreign aid to poor third world countries. Why?
If the problem is that technologically advanced first world countries are using too many resources and creating too much waste and heat, then why would you want to INCREASE the number of people in first world countries? That just means the first world countries will have a bigger carbon footprint or whatever you want to say. More immigration = more people living in first would country = more resources used and waste and heat created globally = worse for the environment!
On top of that, foreign aid helps third world countries become first world countries. As those countries develop they use more resources and create more waste and heat. This builds on the first point. Look at China’s coal consumption over the last 50 years for example. More poor, undeveloped countries becoming technologically advanced first world countries = more resources used and waste and heat created globally = worse for the environment!

I don’t know if extreme cold for all will be good for whites. When it comes to sarging/running game, the cold cramps my style. You’re wrong though on adaptation. Someone from equatorial Africa or the like can live in a cold area, after about a week of adjusting, as a native of that cold area. They may both be equally uncomfortable in the cold.
I guess that Eskimos live in towns today but even in the past they didn’t spend the entire year on the ice collecting skins to sell and may have been as uncomfortable there as much as I would be.
At the other extreme of heat a lot of people in these areas die every year so despite living there they didn’t develop any special resistance to heat.

The picture in the Phoenix bar is obviously taken in England.Was wearing blackface a common thing in 1900 in a place where there were no Negroes? Even in 1970 you didn’t see Negroes in London. There were Negroes in England mostly Jamaicans etc but you would rarely see them on Oxford St.

Compressed air is not a good way to store energy. There are big heat losses when compressing, and more losses expanding, at least when what you want is electricity from a turning generator at a later time. Pumping water uphill is a little better. Best is arranging your small solar system to use the most power when the sun is shining and a little bit from batteries over night, with internal combustion engine to charge batteries and use peak amounts of power for short times. This is not a big-grid system solution.
