No, he spared her to avoid a serious assault charge. The guy was arrested and released because he was clearly defending himself and did not follow up his attack.
As awesome as it would be to clock her, she didnt pose a threat and hitting her would have landed him hard time for that assault, and probably would have resulted in charges for belting the antifa as well.

Yes, that is the rationalization after-the-fact. But I would argue in the heat of battle it is his reflexive deference to the “weaker sex”–his evolved protectiveness toward the feminine–that actually stays his hand. Would the antifa tool have spared her had she worn a MAGA hat? Would a rioting orc have hesitated to stomp her bloody?
My point is that she is able to posture like a warrior without risk because her chosen enemy is still “civilized”.

The “assault charge” is the big deal here and should be the spotlight of all this. When the system is purposefully pozzed to immediately lock you up for a LONG time this changes the calculus of these things heavily.
If this was a neutral system were it was us vs. them w/o the overreach of a highly lefty state apparatus you’d see a very different outcome in these confrontations.
Said a different way- I’d stomp that bitches guts out. Why? Because if I’ve said it once I’ve said it 1000 times. There are really only 2 things that -instantly- motivate and correct behavior.
