Early life exposure to germs and dirt reduces the likelihood of developing allergies.

Fasting increases autophagy which prevents disease and slows aging.

Lifting weights to exhaustion increases strength and cardiovascular health.

These are all examples of stressors contributing to a stronger mind and body.

Hardship in manageable doses is health and wellness fortifying.

If this is true for our immunity and physiology, why can't it also be true for our psychology and sociality?

That is, the absence of hardship from our lives makes us soft and weakens our resolve to answer threats. On a racial level, prolonged ease causes the diminution of our virtues and our resigned acquiesence to foreign overrun.

What Whites need is hardship. And….White Pill!….it's coming.
