Correct. This is a more appropriate question. Women’s behaviors are a product of their environments, and societal pressures. I’m note sure what we expect of them. Should they just sit around in some kind of magical rent free palace, outfitting it with nurseries while they wait for Mr. Right to come along? My feeling is that most women are out there, dating, and finding that things are not working out for them, romantically. We cannot assume that every working woman is a “careerist hag.” When the time is up, it’s up, and it’s not unrealistic to explore other options. I’m not even sure why we are condemning competent, financially secure women from reproduction, particularly if they have tried it the old fashioned way.

I work in a related field and completely disagree based on observation. These kids are very much wanted. And a lot of time and financial sacrifice goes into making these pregnancies happen.

If white parents continue to delay pregnancy, the accumulated mutational load will render an increasing number of their offspring barely functional or not functional at all. The best upbringing in the world and the fanciest gadgets won’t make up for the greater fitness of the latter.

I’ve gone all the way through the public school system with two kids, and I did a lot of volunteer work when they were younger. Kids like the ones you speak of are definitely wanted, but they have annoyingly overprotective helicopter parents, and the kids tend to freak the fuck out when they get old enough to rebel. They’re better off than trailer trash kids, but not by much.
What works best for kids is traditional family values combined with basic biology. My wife and I were in our 20s when we had an expensive and inconvenient accident, and as we were both raised in seriously old school conservative families, we stuck together and stuck it out to stay in the families’ good graces.
Two kids aged 17 and 20, both virgins, neither one of them has ever touched drugs or alcohol. They both get good grades, and they both get good performance reviews at work.

Well, I guess the good news for everyone is that these women genuinely don’t give a shit if men get boners for them, hence their being in the position they’re in.
