Little rock is just about 50% black. The school system is also a total and complete mess, especially the ones that are run by blacks. The city and state have had to do takeovers due to the poor performances and corruption.
Naturally, they want to raise taxes. AGAIN. This city will be the next Detroit in the next decade or so. Whites are fleeing to the furthest suburbs possible or just leaving the area entirely since patches of the city are virtually no-go zones.

In recent decades, Americans have paid far more per student for public schools – and most of that money has gone towards increasingly bloated administrations, which do nothing for students. I suspect this is another administrative cash grab, always “for the children!”.

That’s exactly what happens. Chicago’s school district is a prime example, as is LA and pretty much all of Commifornia. The teachers/admins are paid the most, but their students ranks near the bottom.
In fact, a year or two ago, in LA, they wanted to lower the overall GPA you needed just to graduate high school because so many hadn’t or wouldn’t meet the required level.

I suspect that it is getting more expensive to educate children as well – it used to be just California needed ESL programs. Now every school in every district needs some sort of non-English speaking program. Combine that with all the children with sensory processing issues and all the other special snowflake individual education plans that each student is entitled to and it’s just a mess.

Little Rock must have a reliable black voting majority, otherwise this appeal backfires. Africans, like the budding savage pictured, are basically ineducable and, therefore, those in need of help. Whites and Asians do not. The Asian child pictured is probably e.g., writing his own computer operating system in his spare time (i.e., when the teacher leaves him alone.)

Little Rock certainly has a lot of blacks here, but whether you could call them reliable voters is another thing all together. it will more than likely pass with a majority of the votes coming from white people. Here in Little Rock, almost every vote regarding public schools gets passed without question. Even if they require most money to be extracted from us. Even older people i know that have no kids will vehemently defend the worthless school system here in central Arkansas. very sad how effective the brainwashing is.

Doesn’t matter how much you spend on the yuts. You could spend $1M per child and the result will the the same. Blue states are text book examples of this folly. They keep spending, spending, spending and the result is the same. Do you know what the definition of insanity is? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
